"GREAT software."
Version: UseNeXT 4.81
Pros
Very easy to use, a vast array of content, easy to use and user friendly. I was a member of USENEXT for about 3 years and enjoyed using it, The speed of downloading is phenominal, not like other peer to peer software.
Cons
The mijority of userss and uploaders are German, well that is also because USENEXT is based in Germany. Apart from that, I couldnt find any fault.
Summary
Great software and good value for money regarding subscription. You can pay monthly or annually, its upto you. It is not a scam, but get it directly from Usenext.com not another site, well apart from cnet. :)

Dunno, did a google search prior to buying and thankfully there are many people reporting it as a scam.
Cons
Well, it's listed as a scam. Just google "UseNeXT review" and you will be able to read it all for yourself.
