Version: Upvise Shopping Lists 1.7
"MISLEADING"
Pros: none. zero. zip.
Cons: It says very clearly "Free" and "No Limitations" in the product description but there is no operability when you install.
Summary: You have the choice to login or create an account or try the demo. The demo forces you to create an account first.
The first thing it does is try to connect out to a server. I don't trust this.
Why do I have to create an account to use a "demo" for a FREE product that has NO LIMITATIONS?
And why does it need to connect to a server just to let me try to enter a short shopping list to test the product?
I deleted it right away.

Paul905 - Not sure I'd characterize the download as 'misleading" as much as "incomplete". This is really a web-based application that you can access via your phone OR a PC.
I've not had any issues with the online registration or application. Remember - you are not really going to store any personal information outside of "buy milk and eggs" here so don't worry about the security risks. Try it - you may like it!
