It gave me a list of 87 drivers that were out of date. I couldn't confirm that all of the new drivers listed as being available was accurate as I couldn't confirm from other sources how valid the information was but the ones I could find we're correct.
The out of date list is VERY suspect. It said my video driver was 4 years old which is wrong. Its only 4 months old. I couldn't confirm that the list of new drivers was accurate even by going to the manufacturers website (Like Intel). Makes me wonder where they got the information from and how they have copies of the newest drivers. Also makes me wonder if they take into account not only specific drivers but whether they should be updated as the motherboard has to also be included in the equation.
Its a sad fact but Windows XP still needs a program like this. Unfortunately this program I don't trust to provide the correct information and as you need to pay to download drivers they say you need (Many of which I couldn't find anywhere else) there information is very suspect and I have to rule out any suggestion of paying for it.
There is a free program called Device Doctor that I am playing with. I have no opinion yet if its better or worse but something to look into if you want to do more research.
driver check, shredder as well, check whole system performance and most of all stabilized
none so far
as any program i use always be cautious when do the deletion or remove any start up as i love this program for giving me a detailed info about any device i am using or am about to remove from start up and even when do the deletion of cookies on browsers so way to go keep the good work :)
