"Worthless Unless you pay the fee"
Pros: Nothing since I couldn't try it without paying for it.
Cons: The software will not even display a list of compatible phones without paying the fee. Why should I pay if I don't know if it will work with my phone.

Summary: I had this same issue. The response I got from Samsung is that only select AT&T store or Samsung themselves can unfreeze (reflash) a phone. Do not pay $18.99 for the "Samsung Remotre Client" software www.unlocksamsungonline.com. It is a scam. It ... read more
