What's new in version 1.43
Improvements:
- Fixed the wrong colors with 24bpp modes. (this was broken in version 1.4)
- Added a workaround in the setup program for alt-tab problems (windows really messes up the mode number). Except for 4bpp, alt-tab should always work now.
- Added a workaround in the TSR for alt-tab problems. This does not work for 4bpp modes and for modes with mode numbers greater than 17fh.
- Changing the VBE (new vid card/flashed bios/new VBE TSR) no longer resets the monitor specifications.
- Fixed some minor visual problems in the menu when many resolutions (17+) or many modes (100+) are supported.
