    "Ultra VPN To Slow"

    Pros

    From my tests it does change your IP

    Cons

    It takes many attempts to log in if and when it works
    When it does finally connect its excruciatingly SLOW it could have something to do with the TAP-Win 32 adapter for which there is no support

    Summary

    It's fine as long as you don't plan on doing anything while its running
