I ran the program for quite some time. At the begining did the job as programmed, and I loved it. But the last time I ran it (same profile/task as before) I ended up loosing all my personal files (*.DOC;*.TXT;*.PDF). I'm glad it did not delete all my pictures too. I would not use something this buggy.

This is a great application but must be used with caution. I found the newer "Vista" ready version and gave it a try. I liked it but quickly learned what they mean by "Military Grade'. This thing does a great cleanup and works exactly like the publishers description. But for those new to the program, it needs to be used with caution because you can erase something that might be needed later. What this application erases, can't be recovered by any means I know of.
Cons
It's expensive and it can be aggressive. Because of it's price,it may never gain the popularity it deserves.

Pros
The new Vista version is 3.10 and you can get it at "Best Vista Downloads". This is the answer to a real clean up on a "Vista" operating system. It does it all but it's not as easy to use as "Tracks Eraser Pro" or "Privacy Eraser Pro". You need to take an hour or two and figure this fantastic app out. I have been looking for a cleaner that really works on my new computer and I stumbled on this one by accident. It works great and does everything I hoped it would. I can and do recommend this software without reservation.
Cons
It's expensive so it's not for everybody but If you don't mind shelling out 50 bucks it's great. You get your monies worth here. It was hard for me to do, so I ran the full trial time, then broke down. It's not as easy to use as some others. You need to take some time, go slow and learn it.
