Definatly a great player. powerful yet basic.

It seems there is no option to let you play clips one at a time. Sometimes I dont need to play everything in the playlist, I would like to see an option to play one at a time. Im in internet talk radio and need a library to load clips into. I dont want the clips to run together and play automaticly after the previous one.

1)Free software; 2)Small setup file (perfect for dialup users); 3) Plays almost any media file; 4)Video can be manipulated to be bigger (go to "Options" and in General tab "Play video in External window" OR you can left click on video screen and make it Full Screen; 5)Streams can be saved as mp3 (go to Options then go to settings, then go to Streaming and click on "save streams as mp3 file"; 6) Faster upload and uses less memory than Windows Media Player and Real Player; 7) Can automatically save playlist or save an mp3 as a wave file (if you are on the interface look for the "Save" button, then you can save your playlist OR save the mp3 songs as wave file)

1) Software may not play avi/real media or stream files (I have had trouble with those sometimes and yes I have Real Media and Windows Media Player installed on my computer); 2) Interface is small in size (about 5" by 4" and cannot be made bigger); 3) It has not been updated since 2001.
I would say that this is a great player to use. I have it installed on three of my computers. It is not bloat ware, it doesn't take forever to download (if you're on dialup or with a slow connection), and you can almost play any file.

Its even more basic than basic.Cheap and nasty looking.No full screen facility.Well I couldn't find it anyway.This looks like it has never been upgraded since the iron age.WMP 10 is like Royalty to this tiny pauper.Installed 1450 uninstalled 1500.
What a heap of UGLY junk! oh!!! after(supposidly) a complete unistall it leaves lovely little presents in your files and registry..GRRRRRR!!!!

plays lots of formats, but so does media player classic
has some customizable themes

it isnt as up to date as some of the other media players - even WMP is better

It supports anything I ever use, except I seldom need to search for something else- an install, use, and remove program. (but, who cares about those negligible things?) It has a nice appearance, while using little memory compared other things. You should at least try it.
