Absolutely love the streamlined interface. Icons are cool. The user has the option to make the toolbars even smaller, to maximize the browsing window. Ability to store favorites online is neat, but I couldn't get it to import my IE favorites, even after adding the one page like the help file said. The menu is actually in a drop down format next to the address bar, which can either be neat, or bad, depending on the user's preference. Very straight forward interface makes the browser useful for people who are not computer literate. Small file size makes this a fast download. Ultrabrowser is much faster than IE.
Cons
NO TABBED BROWSING!!!! IF you want to view more than one web page in this browser, you will have to open another separate window. This program is like a skin for IE. It does not add any additional funcionality to IE, really. So the purpose of running this program is small, unless you just want the faster speed and another user interface. Does not have drop down option for Back and Forward buttons, so you can only go back or forward one page at a time. With tabbed browsing, a download manager, and more rich features, this browser could be great. If you need an easy program to use, this is it. If you need a program to replace IE and add more functionality however, you might want to look elsewhere.

This browser loads web pages very fast and you can slim the tool bar down even to get a larger screen! I refused to even use Internet Explorer at all after using this browser. This browser is simplicity at it's best. Works on every site. Best free browser -EVER!

Not good enough to give any positive feedback it never worked.
Cons
I installed this browser several times and it never worked in XP. Page cannot be displayed showed up at every instance. I tried 3 times, installed and remove it-it never worked. It also did something to my IE browser which also started displaying the same message "Page cannot be displayed." ARGGGG HELP!!!! I had to do a restore to be able to get my browser back! Three thumbs down!

iI DOWNLOADED THIS POPUP BLOCKER A DAY BEFORE I DELETED IT OFF OF MY COMPUTER. I PLAY GAMES SOMETIMES ONLINE AND YOU WOULDNT NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH THIS POP UP BLOCKER ALLOWS. THE REASON I GAVE IT THE RATINGS THAT I DID IS FOR ONE I GAME ALOT BUT WHEN IM NOT GAMING IT DOES AN AVERAGE JOB AT KEEPING POP UPS OUT I MEAN IF U ARE ON SECURED WEBSITES. IT ACTS AS ITS OWN WINDOW AND YOU CAN USE IT TO SEARCH THROUGH THE WEBSITE. THINGS WILL STILL POP UP ON THE EXPLORER. SO GET IT TRY IT ITS PRETTY AVERAGE JUST IF YOU ARE ON AN UNSECURED SITE AND U LEAVE THE ROOM FOR A MINUTE U WILL BE AMAZED AT HOW MANY POPUP THIS THING WILL ALLOW AND I WONT BE SURPRISED......
