Pros: Simple interface and stable
Cons: It will re-encode every file resulting in lower quality than the original and there is no way to tell the program to only split the file.

Pros: Great for those with time to waste
Cons: This is the Allok splitter with a 'slightly' different. I swear all the splitters I've found are the exact same one with a different interface. and not a single one of them is an actual splitter - they just re-encode into multiple files.

"tried to resize my vobs or at least convert them to mpeg, did not work though"
Cons: Could not read my vobs but the program power dvd program could read them. Even after installing the codec package from them.

Cons: As the site's review says, you can't take multiple clips out of one file, as for removing commercials. Also, I couldn't find any option to tell it to copy the extracted data without expansion and recompression, so it must degrade the copy.
