"Ultra Recall is Outstanding"

Pros
It is ridiculously flexible, very powerful. Limited by only your organizing skills. You can organize and reorganize and link items together without spending a great deal of effort learning how to do things. The GUI is exceptional.
Cons
No Enterprise solution available.
Summary
I've been using the product since version 2.0. It has provided just enough structure to keep me organized. Utilizing various default forms for Contacts, Appointments, Projects, etc.. have been invaluable and great examples for creating your own forms for whatever you need to organize.
Search is blazing fast, which is nice when you forget where you put something.
It is a great tool. It has proved invaluable to me anyway. At least one instance is always running on my desktops or laptop. -

Pros
Tree-based hiearchy makes it easy to organize all of your information. Allows you to "link" items in the tree to other locations, so that you can organize and "factor" your data in any way that makes sense. Can import Web pages, PDFs, etc. Can follow hyperlinks and browse from within the app. Everything is indexed and easily searchable. Nice keyboard shortcuts available. Integrates with Outlook. Allows you to edit items within Word without leaving the environment

Pros
An entirely new design in personal info management that works really well. Very clean interface, very powerful search and organizational capabilities. Includes the ability to organize internet-based data items and all other sources along any number of user-defined ways.
Tech support is very good and very responsive.
If you are looking for a good PIM, be sure you test-drive this one.
Cons
Printing capability is a bit limitted, version 1.3b has no means of auto-updating its own database when the underlying file on disk changes - but this is being worked on even now.
