Version: UltimateDefrag 2008 2.0.0.55
"Big problem with program--- PLUS---NO support!!!"
Pros: I can't list anything here
Cons: I PAID for this program and it will not function as advertized. The boot option (ver 055) simply will NOT work and Disktrix will not answer my support emails. I have finally uninstalled Ultimate Defrag in favor of a program that actually works.
Summary: Don't waste your time with a Company that could care less. Disktrix now has a smaller program called DefragExpress and they want $14.95 ($11.95 until May 1st.). DefragExpress trial version really screwed up my system and besides, "Smart Defrag" does the same thing and is free. Not one single reply to my emails asking for help. Also, if you try the free version of Ultimate Defrag, Disktrix states right from the beginning that they will not answer any tech. questions. So if you have questions as I had with the free version, you're out of luck. My BIG mistake for spending the money to purchase the full version. Never again with Disktrix.
