"Non-existant Technical Support"
Pros: Excellent capabilities.
Cons: Inadequate documentation and virtually no support. Totally non responsibe to email support after first automatic email that says they will contact you within 48 hours.
Summary: , I found the lack of documentation appalling. I was sure that a complete manual would be included but to date I have been unable to find anything besides the six Tutorials received during the trial period, which in my opinion were vague and incomplete. I say this because there is no clear explanation of the combinations or permutations of possibilities between the "Options" shown on the face of the selection page and the method of defragmentation selected - as shown in the "Defragment" dropdown menu. No matter which option I chose it first executed that degragmentation and then automatically performed a second "Consolidation" defragmentation immediately following and undid the method I had chosen for my daily standard method. Furthermore, the PDF Help file does not provide any explanation of the interaction of option selections between those that appear for the drive and those that appear for the chosen method. For whatever reason the choesn methed was immediately nullified by the consistent consecutive "Consolidation" pass that rearranged the data configuration selected in the first selected default configuration which resulted in results I did not select and two consecutive defragmentation that took as long as 8 hours on a Dell I7 920 machine, full sata, with 12GB DDR3 RAM for a 1TB Seagate 300 SATA drive.
It has been 96 hours since I requested support and nothing has been done. I am a Systems Analysist with 35+ years of experience and this lack of response to a licensed user is unacceptable.

Are you nutz? Did you try the "UltimateDefrag Help (PDF)" link that the installation gives you in the software group on the Start menu? Or don't you think a 51 page help and instruction file contains enough information?

I don't think you are reviewing the right software, friend.
