    "DO NOT BUY WITH VISTA. DO NOT PURCHASE AT ALL."

    Pros

    We have used Adobe Photoshop Elements and MS Digital Image Pro with XP with few problems. We purchased the download of this product because it was recommended to work with our new camera and with Vista. We have been dissapointed from the start. None of the "bonus" programs work with Vista and most of the rest of the program does not work with Vista either. Of course you can't access all the customer information telling you this until after you have wasted your money.

    We tried to open videos we took with our camera (.mov fles) and the whole program shuts down. Try to get an answer from tech or customer support and if they do grace you with an answer, they blame it on Vista even though the program is supposed to be Vista compatable.

    Cons

    Lack of any support or service. Overpriced and underperforming. Does not work with Vista as advertised. Misleading in the number of templates and graphics. Most are 20 versions of the same graphic.
