"Poorly designed software, forms not up to date"

Pros
There are no pros about this software
Cons
they are slow to upgrade, messy forms. USCIS website is better. Support is terrible, and almost non-existant
Summary
Kinda tricked into buying the software. They advertise everywhere that they are the best. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Pros
- Includes >100 forms.
- Easy to use.Cons
- Forms are outdated: I-485 expires 05/31/05; I-140 expires 08/31/04.
- The software does not guide you through the process. It's only a form factory. All the forms offered are just blank forms.
- All the forms are free on www.USCIS.gov.Summary
The idea is not bad. But the software designer should update all the forms. Who wants those 5+ years old forms. Also, asking $350 for blank free forms is way too expensive.
