"Take control of your fonts"
Summary
I finally decided to do something about all those fonts in my font folder. Typograf let me create a 3,500+ database of fonts on a CD, create several 'font groups' that contain special fonts (e.g. - those I use to make cards, fancy scripts). I only use those font groups when I need them. My font folder now has less than 100 fonts .. loads faster, more efficient. Typograf has a nice preview, so I know what the font looks like. The only thing I wish it had: when you install a new program, sometimes it shoves its own fonts into the font folder. I wish the program would keep track of fonts newly added to the font folder. Stable program. Recommend it. (PS - It also has a section about the history of typography!)
