"Great program for my small business. Love the analysis"

Pros
Easy to use and saves me so much time. I market exclusively on the net. Now i save my time on my twitter usage and get great results. The time i saved is worth more then I paid for it.
Cons
Has issues when the Twitter website crashes. I would like more analysis features.
Summary
I love the program(TwitterServant). Time is money and it saves me so much time on twitter when I market my businesses. I have built new customers so quickly for my brick and mortar businesses. I can send out automated tweets and then manage the responses with a single press of the button. I can get a digested report of what people have said about my business and customer service. I can save and email the reports to business partners and interested parties. It's the only program for twitter that I have found that allows you to do this.
There are a many free programs But like the old saying . "You get what you pay for" If i wanted to follow a few people then i would get one of the free programs. But since I want to build my customer base I want a program that does that for me quickly. I don't have tens of thousands of followers and I really only want followers who will buy from me or could buy from me. But my click through response rate to my post is at 10%. Much better then direct snail mail or print ads.
