built in frustrations.. you can only get your own tweets to come up in a column if you add a search column for your own name then close it and open it again every time you tweet

I can't find any contact information for support. I've tried Tweeting them, and I haven't seen an answer.
Right now, for example, my LinkedIn feed is not working, though my Facebook and Twitter feeds are fine. I have no way of determining if this is a local issue or a server one.Summary
It's a good tool. I'd prefer Seesmic, though that crapped out on me, too (yeah, maybe it's me!).
I wish it worked more consistently, and that there was somewhere to go for support. If not for those items, it'd be a 5 star app. -

None. I uninstalled it after 5 minutes.
Cons
No column for your own tweets! The most important column and they've left it out! Genius.I fail to see any advantage in using Tweetdeck over Twitter.
