    "I like having family pictures on my welcome-screen"

    Pros

    I've changed the welcome screen manually before by making registry changes and putting the jpeg file in a special directory and found that was a little tedious. Logon Changer made it a lot easier. It is easy to use.

    Cons

    I have no negative impressions about Logon Changer.

    Summary

    If you want a change from the windows 7 welcome screen give it a try.
