  I got this to change my background. I had the black version of the windows background from http://jollygreenjustin.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Ultimate-Wallpaper-143857799 and wanted the logon to match. i found this by the same author. http://jollygreenjustin.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Ultimate-Login-144111194
  Just went in, selected it, changed it, perfect.

  I was looking for a way to change the logon background on windows7 without having to edit the registry like some of the hacks I searched on the internet....
