Cons: Supposed to be freeware but for useful options you need the full version, which is NOT free.

Pros: make some cool changes to windows vista
Cons: most changes require you to pay.

"At least as good as TweakUI for XP."
Pros: Installation and use is fairly simple. Explains tweaks and uses cautions.
Cons: Subscription screen at beginning is annoying. File size is a little large.
