"Other apps out there that do the same thing for free"

Trialware only.
Summary
Installed this on to my system, opened it & found that this is a 21day trial programme. Promptly uninstalled it. I have another [popular] application on my computer which does exactly the same thing for free, no time limit.
Not really worth downloading it unless you're lookig to buy it... Plus there are other free programmes that do exactly the same thing.
