Version: TweakNow RegCleaner 4.2
Pros: I've used this program for years; as a registry cleaner, it safe and simple to use.
Cons: What's not to like?
Summary: TweakNow has expanded its offerings in this and newer editions (I'm usuing 4.4); the Track Cleaner and Startup Manager have worked well for me, and the Resore option is another added plus. read more

"Felt easy to use for my first time"
Pros: Easy to use, backup to restore if there's a problem. Some nice other features, and it "looks" like can get more detailed for advanced users.
Cons: Haven't noticed any 'yet', but also haven't noticed a difference after using.
Summary: easy to use, seems to do the basic things really well. Good for a beginner, but can't comment for the advanced user. read more
