Lot's of options to play with.. should definitely have some clue as to what you are playing with.. Only intermediate to advanced users should play with this toy.. adventurous newbie tweakers can learn by mistakes though.. :)
Cons
Had no idea what I should do after the blazingly fast download and install.. no instructions or helpful hints.. I got a strange urge to hit the "Start" button, select "Run.." and then type in "Tweakui" and that worked just fine.. give it a shot.. :)

"Pointless and messed up my registry"

Puts stuff in one easy place to change some settings. Access's alot of stuff on your PC.
Cons
If you know about computers, you probably already have your PC set-up to the settings you want. As this is all the program told me, that I already had everything set how I wanted it, so I uninstalled it. I use Revo-Uninstaller to uninstall programs and it works great, much like windows add/remove. It still uses the uninstall from the program you are uninstalling. Although it checks for leftover files and such. Anyways, since uninstalling this program, every 30-45 minutes I get 8 error windows at once about Win32 services. Norton, Spyware Terminator, and Ad-Aware can not find anything on my computer, besides the usual tracking cookies (i keep strong security on my PC).

I'm always muckin' about with icons, themes etc. and this little tool was/is fun to play with. It simply makes registry changes safely and has caused no harm nor slowing on my PC. I really liked getting rid of the waving flag in IE6 in favor of a rotating globe.

The DL and install were quick and flawless.
Cons
I cannot find it anywhere on my system. I've never lost a piece of software before, but after installing 3 different times, it still cannot be found on my system. Very strange behavior.
