TurboWeather for Windows

This program effectively provides you with standard weather-related information, but checking multiple locations is not an option. After installation, TurboWeather can be found docked on your system tray. Just hover your mouse over the tray and a nice window pops up to display the current date, time, weather, and temperature for your selected location.

Additionally, TurboWeather gives a five-day weather forecast including temperature, barometric levels, humidity, visibility, and wind speed. It also allows you to schedule automatic updates or manually update the program. Unlike similar applications, there isn't an option to change locations. Although TurboWeather's quick forecast snippets were helpful, most users will be able to find free weather tools with the same feature set and then some.
