there are many good free utilities, I use this one to solve serious problems, then uninstall, I love free this one cost to much. Not for avarage user, to intrusive.

No way to turn on and off
After calling the customer services lines about 10 times over 10 days I finally got a call back when I was out they said they will follow-up on a specific time and they didn't
I deleted the program and it has changed many settings
It will take several days to find all the changes it made when deleted

Very expensive after the 15 days trial! Better consider to use excellent free Advanced System Care or WinUtilities instead. Both are as easy andas good if not better than this arrogant TuneUp Utilities!

This is the best Tune-Up program I've ever used! Easy, and effective! I was actually surprised to see those negative reviews on my way to write this one...

Unless you're sure to be able to buy the full version after the trial period ends, don't download it for free, because you will absolutely miss it when it expires, as I did...
Summary
The computer I'm writing this on was destined for the scrap heap, so I decided to try another cleaner in a final attempt to salvage it. I think the first scan/repair(s) required 3-4 hours, (I was new to the program!), and at the end of it, I had a "good as new" computer. True, I'm no IT guy, but I know I had a computer on the verge of a meltdown, and a couple of hours after installing this program, I had saved a few hundred dollars, (at least!) It's free to try, but beware! You'll wish you bought it at the end of 15 days if you can't!

Best software for fixing various windows problems and also keeps the registry fit . It has less customization options as compared to Windows 7 manager. The GUI is best as compared to other softwares in this category. The turbo mode reduces RAM usage by closing various windows processes. So in all its a good software with some nice features but with a big price tag as well !

Does everything you could possibly need, good features including Windows personilisation and has proven reliable - no crashes - have run tuneup utilities 2008,09,10 and now 11.

Turbo mode ! - beware as this turns off numerous Windows operations to speed up performance including system restore! - which is not mentioned in the turbo mode set up interface. However see below..
Summary
Tune up utilities have advised that you should ensure Turbo mode is disabled to keep system restore working - what can I say! However you cannot actually do this completely as it seems to alter some Windows functions even with Turbo mode off. The cure I've found is to go into turbo mode configuratioon and uncheck all boxes except one (say mobile device sycro) - otherwise you get an error message if all are turned off. This works - system restore keeps working on restart. Which means if Windows does fail to load and you have to restore from the black screen you have restore points. Tune up utilities needs to get this bug sorted asap - because otherwise its a utility that works really well.

fixs dang near everything... Best out there, even if some say System Macnics is the way to go, plus it dont have any extra programs to download slowing things up like IObit..

Syster requirments of 1000 hars prosessor so on my 997 it runs like a turtal, but still fixs every thing dang near, an some applacations r cumbersum, but the tools u need r easy one click programes..

The Program Developers spent i think it was 14 or 16 years in the development of this program, an just like the offical softwear reviews have said, YOU CAN TELL.. I would put this program file up there in importance, as your windows instalation Disk.. An thats a must.. Plus its like 30 bucks, check it out.. An see how fast that old PC is that everyone keeps telling u to get rid of......Church........
