Pros
There are a million youtube video downloaders but this one even does obscure sites. I found a video on a site I've never heard of and it still worked. Super simple AND it converts it to an ipod compatible file.
Cons
I would just be nit picking so none.
Oh, side note. You have to download perian. I've been using perian for a while anyway so that wasn't a big deal. I would have downloaded perian anyway.Summary
Free flv download utility that downloads and converts from even obscure sites, not just youtube. Leaving you with a quicktime compatible file. It's great.

Converts from flash to ipod quite well--the files I've created with this program have never been unplayable.
Cons
Conversion process is painfully slow, and heats up my computer more than any other program I've used.

It would be nice if it had more converting options, than just iphone, ipod, apple tv... Maybe a PS3 transfer would be nice, of if you can set the dimensions and output quality manually!
