"Difficult to activate - only works with IE"

The auto-confirm msg sends out 1 key for TubeHunter Ultra. (wrong product!)I wrote them. They sent correct key. It did activate. It works mainly in IE not FF. Can't minimize main display so it stays on screen whole time. Lack of support. Do NOT BUY

The auto-confirm msg sends out 1 key for TubeHunter Ultra. (wrong product! ) I wrote them. They did write back and sent 3 keys: the original key which was for TH Ultra, an alternative TH Ultra key and the Media Center Key. It finally activated. It works mainly in IE not FF. Can't minimize main display so it stays on the screen whole time. Lack of support. Obviously these folks have not properly developed their product delivery system. You are warned from the start that if the key doesn't activate, then you have to re-start the product - OR uninstall and reinstall - OR make sure you clear cookies - OR do it in IE. Which is a series of ridiculous steps if you want product delivery success. They did respond quickly to my tech support email. But it's stupid that you have to even write them for the correct activation key. If you buy the Media Center, apparently they send you the Ultra key. That is HUGE blunder in their customer service department. Finally, when you do open the control panel, it doesn't have a "minimize" button. So it stays on your screen and interferes with most of any work you're trying to do while you're converting video. It also ties up lots of computer resources. The guides are not impressive. Also the control panel does not have a "Help" button. It's been 3 hours and my movie DVD is still converting to Windows Media format. These yahoos may have a good and promising product, but they have prematurely released it for distribution and that process is a colossal failure - and certainly NOT worth the $34.95. DO NOT BUY..until they make some improvements and their software development interface with customer service is more user friendly.

"Doesn't work, no support"

I cannot give any pros since software cannot be activated.

Paid for proggie, activation key sent does not work. No help from support. They have not responded to my emails. It's been 5 weeks and I have tried emailing twice a week.

I bought this software only to find that having paid the passwords to unlock the software don't work despite carefully following the on-site instructions and re-downloading latest version etc etc. NO response from Neoretix. Its a big CON
Summary
After 3 months of trying to contatc them to get a password that works and with no prospect of getting my money back I think its fair to conclude this company is rogue and should be avoided at all costs - sorry guys but can't see it any other way.

"This does not download youtube videos anymore"

i like you can convert videos to other file types

well i dont like the fact that it wont let me download youtube videos anymore i think this is because youtube are blocking programs and website downloaders from getting videos from there site. Ahh but theres always other ways.

(hate to search for it)
from various site - stage6, youtube, veoh, etc
and many software like this one,
i say this one of the best since it can convert file

it has some good functions. A converter and it does get videos from online

The videos you get from online have no audio! This makes the software worthless for me.
