Summary
Unless you pay $30 for a couple months of tech support you can talk to nobody. I just wanted all the features of my legal and paid for cyberlink program to work and there is a activation issue. There is no number to call, not even for sales, and it is very apparent through thier email support system responses they could care less. That is if you get a response. If they made a good product don't you think they wouldn't be afraid to help thier customers?

"Helps A Bit With Poor Quality Video Footage"

Pros
Virtually no learning curve, improves viewing quality of low res video (although improvement isn't "jaw dropping"), low impact on system resources, smooth operation, fairly inexpensive.
Cons
Works only with Internet Explorer, doesn't display 1080 clips as full screen.
Summary
If you watch a lot of low res video on youtube you'll probably feel like you're getting some bang for your buck. Honestly though, the improvement isn't as sensational as you might hope. I'm thinking the lack of a video noise filter might be what's missing here. The UI includes a built-in browser that allows you to select other "related" clips from within the application. IMO, fully integrated youtube search capability would add far more functionality. The fact that the app works only in IE is sure to be an annoyance for Chrome and Firefox users. As far as I know, the trial version is fully functional so if it seems like something that might interest you give it a try.

With this product, I can watch high quality YouTube. It's really a great tool.
Cons
It only works on IE. If it can work on firefox or others, it will be better.

Summary
I think it would be great if I could use it but the download contains suspicious code and won't install correctly. I sent a message regarding this, Still have not heard anything back. Oh and if I go to home page to download I am redirected to for download.
