Having used igremote from same company i downloaded trueremote.ig remote was excellent & this is a more polished version of igremote with more options & runs unbelieveable quick.****CANT UNDERSTAND HOW ITS NOT MORE POPULAR ONLINE*****.

THis product was easy to download and install. I was able to easily talk a friend across the country through download and was able to fix the issues on her laptop.
