"Will not remove Live Security Platinum completely"

    July 27, 2012  |   By SoCalDad

Quick find on the internet when you have an issue. They offer a solution for free, then make you pay $40 to make the changes permanent.

The program did not remove all traces and functions of the Live Security Platinum on my system. I had to use other programs and directions to completely clear the system after paying them for the service. Customer service will not refund you upon request without a lengthy investigation of you logs through their system.

My opinion is to avoid the software if you have a virus. Read the forums, relax and you can solve the solution without paying $40 for something that may or may not help you.
