"Didn't automatically update from a confirmation"

It sounded promising, and I like the idea of having an app for it.
Cons
I forwarded 2 confirmation emails and received a very criptic message "Unable to understand: 'Fw: <<Booking website name removed>> Airfares Booking Confirmation <<confirmation # removed>>'"
So I had to manually update tripit and that wasn't worth it.Summary
I had to delete the account. Shame.

Great app if you don't have any problems. Have one glitch and there is no avenue to call Customer Service or Tech support.
Cons
Only works automatically if your travel agent sends the information
otherwise you have to enter it your self.Summary
If you can put up with the poor tech and customer service it's ok
My one and only dealing with customer service was a -05and that's putting it nicely -

None. It stealthily connd me into publishing my private information!!!!

It reads my emails, it publishes my private trips, it is NOT cancel-able (the free version). It is a nighmare!!!

Tech support seems to be incompetent, and no ability to escalate or converse ..left with failed application after several weeks of receiving bad advice from them
Summary
Lost all my trips off iphone while traveling, and weeks of bad advice from tech support failed to fix their application. worked on iphone till I restored, then it was only 1 of 39 apps that didn't work anymore. After that weeks of their techs bad advice and four hours of my time following them, tripit tech support wrote, 'your iphone is old ...best advice I can give you ..update to latest iphone.' Can't talk to them. Can't escalate to higher level tech than entry level

"Makes my life easy!"

Pros
No more hassle, i.e. say goodbye to creating outlook meeting requests after booking a restaurant, hotel or airplane. My tripit calendar reflects my latest reservation. I even have a link to my husband's tripit right in my gcal.
Cons
You have to pay for addl functionality.
