This product works, however if you have access to a good free security program such as Microsoft Security Essentials, I see no need to spend the large amount of money that this program costs per year. I can see a one time fee of maybe $50, but over $60/year is insane when there are great free programs out there that do pretty much the same thing.

The security, performance, interface, ease of use and overall protection of this program is the best!!! It provides everything under the sun without hogging your computer resources. Sleek interface. Comprehensive options for customizability.

The toolbar extensions for Firefox ver. 6.0 is not yet available. (Like it's already available for other AVs)
Summary
All those comments about problems with installation/uninstallation, slow computer,etc are all not the program's problem. In a normal scenario without any conflicting software or computer problems, the program should install/uninstall without any problems. If you can't uninstall/reinstall, then call tech support to know what's cause of it. They won't release something that would not install/uninstall. That's plainly ridiculous. If you install an antivirus program and it suddenly keeps on freezing your computer or slowing it to a halt, it means that you have remnants of any 3rd party AV software under your Application Data/Program Data or you just have a really slow computer. This can be taken care of by calling their tech support. The program runs fluently in my system without it slowing down. It's the fastest AV I've ever used so far.
