    "Excellent Customer Service"

    Pros

    Through the dangerous internet use of a family member, I somehow ended up with a virus or a trojan on my system and the tech people at TendMicro worked with me, over a few days, to ensure that my system was properly cleaned and fixed and back up and running. I was SO impressed that I recommend it to everyone and even turned down a prepaid subscription to Panda when I bought my new laptop because I wanted to stick with TrendMicro.

    Cons

    Haven't found one yet - use the download version only and have never had a problem.
