    "Used to be good, new version is crap"

    Pros

    - Company has a decent track record

    Cons

    - Had to hard restart during installation
    - Slowed down my web browser and overall performance
    - Didn't detect malware that free programs did

    Summary

    Been a customer for 5 years now, used to swear by this company, the new version is crap, slowed my computer to a crawl and support is non-existent. Look elsewhere.
