"Better Business Gives them a thumbs down for no support"
Pros
While 2007 is a good product, their lack of support gives me headaches as I (the tech) end up having to do their job. Read direct quotes from the BBB below. C-Net does not allow links however they are the Trend Micro in Cupertino if you want to go to the BBB site. Out of 102 complaints only 70 were resolved with difficulty.
