Version: Transmit 3.6.9
"The easiest FTP client to setup and use"
Pros: Works with al FTP protocols, including Amazon S3, allows file and folder syncing, so your target site can be automatically kept up to date
Favorite site are easy to setup, supports drag and drop
Worth the cost over freeware versionsCons: Can't do a scheduled backup without using Automator or AppleScript
