Version: Traffic Shaper 1.17
Pros: Installation is simple and interface looks fairly good, though I didn't use it enough to say too much for it... see what I didn't like.
Cons: Only works on TCP traffic, which means it doesn't help with the IP traffic I want to throttle. Additionally, the max download speed it handles is a little below my connections speed. All in all, a disappointment.
V1.20 is out on Bandwidth Controller's website (publisher of Traffic Shaper XP), and has the same limitations:
· Users (concurrent): 1
· Throughput: 3,687 kb/s
· Rules: 5
· Layer 3 Protocols: TCP
· Addresses: 10
· Network adapters: 3

Pros: This is by far the best traffic shaper I have come across. The speed limiting works really well.
