Can not get credit/registration for my renewal payment. This is the third time it's happened. Have sent the company 4 emails and received zero (0) response !!
Summary
Bottom line is there is nothing special about this software in any case. More up to date and better tracking is available free on NOAA/WeatherBug/WeatherUnderground. All tracking the eye consist of is these free site information.

Been with them for years, they improved every year!

Six hours before a hurricane was due to hit my town they discontinued my "free trial" and cut off internet data. All these years I didn't know I was on a free trial. I no longer care to do business with them.

It says, "You will get the latest NHC real time data from our internet servers,...."
So where are their servers?? the NHC or Weather Channel or ??? You know there are some great FREE programs that do this and have the same info.
Oh well... if you build it they'll buy it.

This program can do anything. You put the cursor over an area of the country and you are instantly given coordinates and told if anything is "happening" in that area.
Everyone living on a coast needs this program. It's a GodSend!

There are no cons about this program it's a lifesaver and wonderful!
