"After purchasing, I wished I never had."
Version: Tourweaver 1.30
Pros
It works barely.
I can do a tour after lots of fiddling.
It seems stable enough not to lock up a computer.Cons
The interface is counter-intuitive. Tours are useless in the free versions because their logo is plastered all over everything. Tours created not viewable from most browsers. The software is full of bugs. Licensing process is terrible.
Summary
The company forces what may be the worst licensing process ever devised. I've spent more time reinstalling this lousy software, working through their convoluted process of obtaining serial numbers, then activation, and verifying operation codes than I ever did actually using the software. It was very buggy also. The interface was counter intuitive. I would by ANY other product than to ever deal with this company again. Also, I discovered their programming comes from China, so there is a language gap between their english handlers and the team that is supposed to fix bugs...which they don't. They fill their forums with paid reps that argue with anyone who has legitimate concerns. Rather than issuing fixes, they charge recent buyers hundreds of dollars more for new versions that fix bugs without repairing retarded interfaces or adding features anyone needs. I paid full price for the professional version (the only one that doesn't include their company name in the virtual tours) and they lost the record from their own database. Even though I proved payment with a copy of the invoice, EasyPano still denied issuing the codes that would allow the software to be utilized after my computer crashed.
Easypano recently helped out a lot with some problems. Their customer support has improved significantly since my review. If I could redo it, I'd upgrade them to 3.5 stars for their recent assistance. I still don't like their licensing and activation process, but if the support is logical and reasonable from the customer perspective, it makes all the difference in the world.

"A software creates a virtual world of reality"
Version: Tourweaver 1.30
Pros
The software creates virtual tous, in which the real world is shown inside. It also supports to use floorplan, and other various kinds of effects. So it looks very vivid and emersive when playing the tours. That is the most outstanding feature of this software.
