"Fantastic, worked perfectly!"
Version: TouchCopy 11.18
Pros
Thank you so much for making this awesome program! I had 500 songs on my iPod Touch, some of them were still on my computer and some I had purchased through iTunes. Some of these disappeared from iTunes for some odd reason. This program easily let me transfer them back onto my iTunes with no problems at all! I cannot thank you guys enough!
Cons
None I can think of. It worked perfectly!

Cons
None come to mind.
Summary
Very easy program to use, highly recommended.

"good for transferring music nothing else really to say"
Version: TouchCopy 4.20
Pros
good for transferring music to itunes but you can do that for free thru your computer files if you wanted to just search it on youtube for how to do it.
Cons

NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THAT. i bought this for that main reason. so ill be on there ass about fixing that issue if its not solve ill be working to get a full refund.

"Works for me, no problems"
Version: TouchCopy 11.15
Pros
Copied all my music from my iphone to my PC
Cons
It's a little slow
Summary
I got a new PC after the hard drive failed on my old one. All my music was still on my ipod - fine, but I want a copy on my PC too! I used this app to transfer my tracks back into my iTunes on the new PC. It does run a little slowly, but I found it copied all of the tracks without a problem, and I'd rather it was slow than buggy! Would definitely recommend this software if you need to back up your phone or ipod to your new computer.

"Clunky but better than starting from scratch"
Version: TouchCopy 11.14
Pros
Copies podcasts from an ipod to iTunes on a PC.
Cons
1. Copying is slow.
2. I had 89 apps on my iPod. TouchCopy claimed to copy 89 (and slowly counted thru them) but only 15 of them appeared in iTunes.
3. Notes can only be copied to text files on the PC (perhaps an iTunes limitation?).
4. Notes can't contain non-alpha characters as contents are used to name the file (TouchCopy will stop the copy when it reaches such a file and display a FAIL message).
5. Podcasts are copied but all will appear on itunes "unread".Summary
Useful for Podcasts but not Apps or Notes.
I didn't use it for Music or Photos as this media wasn't solely on an iPod.
TouchCopy is quite a manual tool. IE it's not a simple "Copy iPod to iTunes" fire and forget UI. For Podcast transfer... it's a real timesaver. -
"An excellent program to recover music from my iPhone"
Version: TouchCopy 11.14
Pros
After getting a new computer and realizing that all my music is trapped on my iPhone, I couldn't bear the thought of having to rip it all again from CDs. I found TouchCopy, which recovered everything back from the iPhone to iTunes. This program saved me so much time that I'm simply very, very grateful that it exists.
Cons
None found.

"Basic functionality OK but limited on Macs and flawed."
Version: TouchCopy 11.12
Pros
Does sync address book contacts from non-jailbroken iphones.
Cons
-Does not sync apps on Mac. Although this is stated on the website, it is not prominently displayed- it only appears if you click on 'find out more' button under 'apps and games'. Without this ability it is hardly worth $24.99: surely, being able to sync apps from phone to computer is the main thing people would pay for (or think they are paying for).
-It is uncommunicative. When you sync contacts, you need to click on 'save selection to Mac' and then click the 'address book' tab. None of this is made clear and there is a long pause before it kicks in. Since there is no progress bar or any other indication that the process has actually begun, you might hit the tabs a second time. Don't do that though- it will cheerfully duplicate all your contacts for as many times as you hit the button. It's no good force quitting after the proper number of contacts has synced either- it actually allows its duplications to overlap!Summary
This is one of those apps that you might have to use in some situations. There may be alternatives but they look just as bad (I may be wrong). There are obviously work-arounds for its limitations. If you have to use it, go via trialpay.
