I was so happy this works. I have made a ton of ring tones already. This is my first time actually wanting to get back and write a review. It is super easy to use. as soon as i hit the finish button it was sent to my phone literally within seconds. I don't know about the video part yet but if it is as easy as the audio you will love it. I absolutely would say to download this it is a great program for taking the aggravation out of converting and sending ringtones to your cell phone! Thanks for making this free too!

Summary
This is an easy-to-use program that does what it claims to be able to do. Although it lacks the ability to pinpoint the starting and stopping times, I believe the average user would have no problem using this program to create a quality, custom ring tone. In about 15 minutes, I was able to download the program, make a couple of ring tones, and send them to my phone. What's not to like?

Its simple to use, has decent sound quality and fast transfers to your cell phone. They have a good web site that provides lots of information and opportunities to suggest improvements.
Cons
It doesn't always load to my cell phone -- maybe their server gets too busy during the up- and down-loading?! And since there are a lot of notes in one second, you cannot always crop the ringtone exactly where you want it.
Summary
This is the first ringtone maker I've ever used. Although, there is lots of room for improvement, it works most of the time, sound quality is decent, uploads (when they work) are fast and easy, and their web site offers plenty of information to help you with your problems and questions. Overall, I find it worth trying and look forward to future software improvements.

It has the most amateur interface ever including spelling mistakes that an 8 year old wouldnt make. Also demands personal info immediately once you install

It took me longer to locate the mp3 I wanted than it did to edit & send the song to my phone. Did set up for 2 phones (LG enV3 & Samsung Rouge) and had no problems with either one. The audio editing worked like all other editors I've used.

What problems can you have with something that's free and does what its supposed to?
Summary
It isn't the prettiest interface I've ever seen, but it is pretty darned intuitive. If I wasn't so cheap, I might pay to avoid the ads - nah!
