Version: Toggler 1.0
"Should be called 'Toggler for Win2000'"
Summary: The best features of this program are only available in Windows 2000. For example, having any "shifted" key automatically release the Caps Lock key. (BTW: This program merely offers an on/off control for a keyboard setting that already exists in Win 2000.) I hope the program's author figures out a way to add this as TRUE functionality in Win 98/ME instead of just an on/off control for Win2000.
