"Saves what's left of my sanity!"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Pros
Easy set up, has most important features, flexible configuration, small and bug free
Cons
Only feature missing is a delay on turning numlock off to prevent accidentally turning it off when pressing the 7 key.
Summary
This is on my list of must haves! Best $5.95 I've ever spent.

"Terrific little product"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Pros
Does exactly what it is supposed to.
Cons
when I'm on someone else's computer and they don't have it.
Summary
I don't know about anyone else, but I can't tell you how many times I have looked up to find I just wrote several words in all caps because my finger brushed the CAPS LOCK key when typing an "a." That is until I discovered this little app several years ago. If you've had the same problem, you will be very pleased with all the time saved because you'll never have to go back and correct the ALL CAPS error.

"Useful utility"

Pros
Works as promised. Delay for caps lock is great - prevents quick touches activating it. Recommended utility.
Cons
Nothing.

"the single greatest program ever invented"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Summary
This is just genius. I'd give it six stars for all features if I could. It's the first progam I install on any computer I work on.

"Should be called 'Toggler for Win2000'"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Summary
The best features of this program are only available in Windows 2000. For example, having any "shifted" key automatically release the Caps Lock key. (BTW: This program merely offers an on/off control for a keyboard setting that already exists in Win 2000.) I hope the program's author figures out a way to add this as TRUE functionality in Win 98/ME instead of just an on/off control for Win2000.

"Finally, a small app that will add a delay, not just disable"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Summary
Toggler is cool because it allows you to add a delay to the Caps Lock and Insert keys. That way you don't accidently hit it and start writing in all caps (or with insert overwriting text in your document). It also allows disabling the Windows and Menu keys (helpful in those games that don't allow switching to another windows task). Finally, you can play a wav file to give the activation/deactivation a sound.

"Amazing time-saving software!"
Version: Toggler 1.0
Summary
I cannot explain how much this program has amazed me. So simple, yet performing such a valuable function! Now, I never accidentally turn on my Caps Lock key. Great help for a non-touch typist who must always stare at the keyboard... Thanks for this good value.
