Todoist for Mac enables you to track projects and tasks. Whether you use this app primarily for work or for household tasks, you'll enjoy its intuitive interface and customizable functionality.
Written command entry: When you enter due dates in Todoist, you can type them in any number of different ways. The app is actually able to translate entries like "today," "Friday," "everyday," and more into actual dates and times, so you don't have to type out whole dates or go through various calendar and time fields.
Organizational tools: This software gives you lots of options for organizing your tasks and projects. The panel on the left of the main interface shows you how many tasks you have in your Inbox, how many are due today, how many are due in the next 7 days, and so on. You can view a list of the items in each category by clicking on these entries, and you can also view tasks by Projects. Projects can be further sorted into Work, Personal, Errands, Shopping, and more, and you can add your own groups as well to ensure that all tasks are organized and listed exactly where you want them to be.
Uploading Avatar: To complete your profile, one of the things you can do is to upload an avatar. This is also one of the items you need to complete if you want to get a month of Premium features for free. But unfortunately it didn't work. We were unable on multiple attempts to browse for or select an image, which didn't really impact the effectiveness of the software, but was a bit frustrating.
Todoist for Mac is a convenient and comprehensive software for helping you organize your tasks and projects. With all of the options it provides, you'll have no trouble finding the best organizational system for yourself, and the smooth, intuitive interface makes adding tasks and dates a breeze.
