"Toddlers love it, but is flawed"

Pros
Testers: children under three years old love it; adults find it mildly entertaining. Use only JPG-files for pictures. As promised, the program does keep users from using the keyboard except for displaying the pictures and playing the sounds designated by the program.
Cons
After quitting Toddler Keys, I found keyboard entry to be corrupted. This was corrected by rebooting Windows, but reoccurs with reuse of Toddler Keys.
