Version: Toast Titanium 10.0
"Keeps Getting Worse with Each new Release"
Pros: Combines CD burning, DVD burning, and BRD burning all into one application.
Cons: There are some many cons to this app. First, DivX encoding was removed, so you will have to convert videos to DivX separately, then burn with Toast. Why remove that feature when Macs don't even ship with BRD drives?!
Summary: Roxio Toast is one of those apps that only exists because it's the only option. If there were some real competition to Toast, it would no doubt cease to exist. It's been stated that they removed DivX encoding due to licensing costs, however the price of Toast stayed exactly the same (which is still too expensive). Buy only if you must, but there are really no compelling reasons to purchase Toast.
