Bought specifically to copy my own DVDs that were beginning to get old and scratched - my fault for not checking their website first, but I bought it as part of a bundle...

"Couple of bugs important to me Support was atrocious"
Version: Toast Titanium 11.0
Pros
Multiple disc burning capability
Cons
Convert does not work for conversions to wmv files
Compiling DVD .toast files causes error 208 which comes up as Bad File Format or Not AIFF or AIFF-C. Yet when assembling exactly the same data using Toast 10 no problems whatsoever.Summary
If you have Toast 10 I would not recommend wasting your money upgrading to 11
assembling a DVD gives a 208 error but not when doing same thing using Toast 10 Wasted heaps of time trying to solve problem using online support but they were quick to offer a refund and dump the program as a solution. extremely disappointing experience.
2. When using to convert video files to wmv format (for a special need application) only about 1/4 of the file gets converted yet converting to any other format works fine. Seems like support didn't bother to read my ticket replies and eventually cancelled my ticket... long story but very disappointing result. -
"It worked OK for me."
Version: Toast Titanium 11.0
Pros
Ditto. See above
Cons
It worked fine and Dandy.

"Crashes with Formac attached"
Version: Toast Titanium 11.0
Pros
already updated to 11.0.1
Cons
crashes if Formac Studio, a Firewire DV device is attached to the Mac.
Version 10 does not. -
"Customer service/Tech support sucks bigtime!"
Version: Toast Titanium 11.0
Pros
T-Tintanium has easy-to-use controls...gee thanx!
Cons
Does not [always] do what you set it to do! First, Toast states there's enough DVD space BUT after burning it the vid's end is clipped-off! The C/S-tech response is a brush-off: click-on their web page which cautions you about having enough RAM.
Summary
Hey stupids, my G5 3.2 8-core runs on 18 GB RAM. So how come your software seems to screw-up too many times? And, if you state Toast is the best software out there, how come your C/S-TechSupport is sooo lousy? So answer this: Why should I upgrade if your don't really support the previous version? Your advertising may be good, within your marketing mix, but your after-sales service is sooo ineffectively anemic, stupidly lame and totally brain dead - being incapable of addressing any individual's product concerns in a professionally-competent manner - you should at least conduct your own covet investigations into this grossly inadequate portion of your marketing plan...it really blows chunks, slackers!

"Don't know what else I'd ask of the product ..."
Version: Toast Titanium 10.0.8
Pros
Great interface
Cons
The latest "set" of serial numbers is cumbersome. Changing the name from Roxio Toast to Toast to Toast Titanium has been a bit bothersome.
Summary
But really, what more can you ask from a solid performer year after year, and one that is so easy to use. Dang! I should give it 4-1/2 stars!

"great product great prize"
Version: Toast Titanium 10.0.8
Pros
Stream video from your Mac to your iPhone over the Internet, with Streamer iPhone application available from iTunes App Store (free for Toast 10 users)
the product comes with a discount of $34.72 (23%)Cons
BIAS SoundSoap SE automatically removes unwanted noise like wind, hissing, scratches, and pops from LPs, cassettes, or almost any audio, music or video soundtrack. An intuitive user interface makes advanced noise filtering a breeze

"Downloaded .dmg file will not run"
Version: Toast Titanium 10.0.8
Pros
Earlier versions have been good
Cons
Downloaded software will not run. Sonic Store "customer service" replies with a form letter that they cannot help and I need to contact tech support (no phone number, just email). Opened tech support ticket 2 days ago and no response.
Summary
This may be a fine product if I could get a copy that will install (on Mac Pro running latest Snow Leopard). In the meantime, Roxio/Sonic will not provide one despite my payment.
