Version: Tiny Personal Firewall 6.5
Pros: This firewall is like fort knox, it keeps track of EVERYTHING. Tons of options at your fingertips, great and user friendly interface.
Cons: Not for the novice, unless the novice likes to read/learn.
Heavy on the resources, 3GB P4 running XP.
