  Quick and easy to get going. Very visual ? can quickly scan schedule and know what?s going on. Web based so I can access it almost anywhere. Easy to copy groups of shifts or the entire schedule. Payroll and Invoice reports are clear & easy to create.

  Tia Staff Scheduling is really easy to learn. Once you?ve used it for a week or so you?ll wonder how you could have scheduled your employees other way. Tia Staff Scheduling is a huge time saver. I really like that shifts are displayed as bars that represent the length of each shift, on a calendar. When you?re scheduling employees or just reviewing the schedule, you can scroll the calendar and see up to 4 weeks of our staff schedule quickly and easily. It makes it really easy to see that we?ve got all the right shifts in place. Having a log where you can make notes is a great idea. Our supervisors use it to let the person who is actually updating the employee schedule know what is going on and why we need to add or modify shifts. I also really like being able to make notes that are specific to individual employees and clients in the employee and client?s detail areas. Tia Staff Scheduling has obviously been really well thougth out. The workflow is great, and the reports for payroll and invoicing are easy to create and are really clear and easy to read. Honestly, if you?re looking for an employee scheduling solution, Tia Staff Scheduling is it.
